My Body as a Mannequin!

I think one of my favorite jobs I have ever done was this photoshoot. I was given an amazing opportunity to shoot for Fusion Specialties, who modeled a mannequin that is based on my exact body and looks just like me. When I found out a couple moths ago that I got this job I was so surprised but at the same time so happy. I was so curious to actually see myself in real form (nothing like the mirror), and what I really look like in 3D.

The first time I shot for Fusion Specialities in August was with an amazing photographer Ken, who worked with quite few famous people and world name brands (check out Fusion Specialties portfolio). He's also an amazing guy and shooting with him was such a pleasure. At first it was pretty hard to make my body look perfectly symmetrical. I needed some flexing here and there, but at the same time I had to have my muscles completely relaxed and make them look as lean as possible. He was so patient and so were the other directors of the shoot.

When I got to shoot with them again this week it was even more exciting; I got to work with Ken again and found out what designer clothes "Katarina" will be wearing in stores... I wish I could tell you and show you my mannequin but I will be respectful to the designer and not show you before the public sees it first. You'll see me in these high-end boutiques (I'm talking high fashion!). I'll be in New York and all around at the same time.

Here are some snaps from the day, at least the ones I can publish. I'm hoping that in the future I will be able to get one of these mannequins for myself... I'll be able to dress it every day and see if an outfit is going flatter my body. Shooting 'Daily Style' would be much easier too!

I'm thinking work-protection glasses can actually look fashionable!

Starting the tour

There have been a lot of mannequins made here

Which one am I??
